With 50sqm of blue-green natural stone that changes colour through the day, the pool is a focal point of Nyumpené. A large sunbathing area surrounded by frangipani trees and other flora leads the eye to the shaded pool house which is as beautiful at night as it is by day.

Just 3 minutes from the hectic Jalan Legian, this beautiful, lovingly decorated home is truly an oasis of peace and relaxation. The nice care by the two good spirits of the house has contributed much to our well-being.
We were two families and had booked Villa Nyumpene for 5 nights. The pictures on airbnb do not do enough justice to understand how good the villa is. The check-in was smooth as Stephen had arranged a pick up from the airport for us and had sent his villa manager Ketut to pick us up. She was extremely helpful during our entire stay. It was our first trip to Bali and thanks to Stephen and his staff at Villa Nyumpene, it turned out to be an amazing experience. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Villa Nyumpene to everyone who wishes to have an amazing experience in Bali. We for sure will stay again at this villa whenever we travel next. Thank you Stephen and Ketut for the amazing hospitality.
The Property–WOW!!! This place is beyond beautiful, its like a tropical garden oasis–I walked in and was immediately in awe. I have so many good things to say that I might run out of space to say them. Overall this place warrants an A++. Stephen–His customer service, responsiveness, generosity and hospitality is unmatched. I am pretty difficult to impress and boy did he impress me. I sent him a list of about 20+ paragraph length questions (I’m not kidding) and he answered each and everyone of them in detail and gave me tons of insight including Bali’s do’s and dont’s, how to get around inexpensively, where to party etc. Ketut– She is truly the sweetest person I’ve ever met. She is like a guardian angel, always there when you need her. She will literally go above and beyond to make everyone happy, whether its coming in early to cook breakfast or leaving late to help around if you need anything. She even gave my friend and I a hands on Balinese cooking lesson and some recipes. I seriously wanted to bring her back home with me.

What an amazing place to stay! It is in the heart of Legian, walking distance to everything, yet you could be forgiven for thinking you have nothing around you! This villa is very well set out, very quiet and private. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are amazing (the outdoor showers even have a story!!). Everyone at the villa will bend over backwards to help, or fade into the background if you want privacy. We loved our stay here!
